EMDR Intensive Healing Programs are offered as separate private-pay service and are not billed to insurance. For your convenience, HSA and FSA cards are accepted. The cost of your EMDR Intensive Healing is determined by the number of days needed for your personalized program. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards, or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards through our HIPAA-secure practice management system.
EMDR Intensive Healing Details
Duration:
EMDR Intensive Healing Program options begin with a 2 hour mini intensive, half-day (3-hour) or full-day (6-hour) sessions and can extend up to 5 days. Each intensive includes mindfulness and movement breaks to support emotional regulation and well-being.

Travel-Friendly Option: Distance doesn’t have to be a barrier. EMDR Intensive Healing are structured to fit into one to several days, minimizing the need for extended time off and reducing scheduling conflicts.

Alongside intensives, I offer weekly psychotherapy as a steady place to land and reconnect. These sessions create space to pause, process, and move forward with intention one step at a time. With a gentle, trauma-informed approach, we work together to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and at home within yourself.

EMDR Intensive Healing Programs
A 50% deposit is required to secure your EMDR Intensive.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of your intensive.
Your scheduled time will be held for up to 72 hours without a deposit. After this period, payment is required to confirm your spot (updated 11/7/2025).

Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy
EMDR Intensive Healing Programs
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Deposits can be transferred to a new date.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your intensive will receive a full refund (updated 11/7/2025).
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours, except in cases of a medical emergency or crisis (updated 11/7/2025).
Standard Psychotherapy Sessions
24-Hour Notice Required: Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will also incur the full session fee.
Payment Responsibility: Cancellation and no-show fees are the client’s responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the therapist’s discretion.
Scheduling: Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may require rescheduling privileges to be reviewed or a prepayment requirement for future sessions.
