Effective November 7, 2025, these are our current EMDR intensive rates.

EMDR Intensives are self-pay and not covered by insurance. However, we accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as debit and credit cards. The cost of your EMDR Intensive is determined by the number of days needed for your personalized package. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards, or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards through our HIPAA-secure practice management system.

EMDR Intensives & Details

Duration:
EMDR Intensive options begin with a 90 minute mini intensive, half-day (3-hour) or full-day (6-hour) sessions and can extend up to 5 days. Each intensive includes mindfulness and movement breaks to support emotional regulation and well-being.

Following an EMDR Intensive, many clients experience significant trauma resolution, a greater sense of safety, inner peace, increased confidence, connection and reinforced positive beliefs.

Travel-Friendly Option: Distance doesn’t have to be a barrier. EMDR Intensives are structured to fit into one to several days, minimizing the need for extended time off and reducing scheduling conflicts.

Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your EMDR Intensive.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of your intensive.

  • Your scheduled time will be held for up to 72 hours without a deposit. After this period, payment is required to confirm your spot (updated 11/7/2025).

Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Deposits can be transferred to a new date.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your intensive will receive a full refund (updated 11/7/2025).

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours, except in cases of a medical emergency or crisis (updated 11/7/2025).
