EMDR Intensive Fees

EMDR Intensives are not covered by insurance and are self-pay.

Extended-90 Minutes-$325

Half-day (3 hours)-$645

Full-day (6 hours)- $1,290

Payment Policy

EMDR Intensive Sessions

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your EMDR Intensive.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of your intensive.

  • Your scheduled time will be held for up to 72 hours without a deposit. After this period, payment is required to confirm your spot (updated 11/7/2025).

Standard Psychotherapy Sessions

  • Payment Due at Time of Service:
    All standard therapy session fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    Payments may be made via cash, check, credit/debit card, or other approved electronic payment methods.

  • Insurance:
    If using insurance, clients are responsible for:

    • Copays, coinsurance, or deductibles at the time of service

    • Any fees not covered by insurance

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

EMDR Intensive Sessions

  • If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Deposits can be transferred to a new date.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your intensive will receive a full refund (updated 11/7/2025).

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours, except in cases of a medical emergency or crisis (updated 11/7/2025).

Standard Psychotherapy Sessions

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will also incur the full session fee.

  • Payment Responsibility: Cancellation and no-show fees are the client’s responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.

  • Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the therapist’s discretion.

  • Scheduling: Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may require rescheduling privileges to be reviewed or a prepayment requirement for future sessions.
